Life Slogan

Greetings from the Club Lounge of the Ritz Carlton Doha!  It is located high up on the 23rd floor, and I am looking at the beautiful blue Arabian Sea.  In my memoir, I repeatedly say "Everything works out for the best!" and describe how things worked in my life.  It has become my life slogan, and my friends hear me say it over and over again.  What is it that you believe and therefore live by? As corporations have a slogan for their product and/or for who they are, why don’t we each come up with our own life slogan? It should represent who you are or your philosophy of life. So mine is “Everything works out for the best!”  What is yours?  It will be great if you would post your thoughts.  Mickie

"All thinks work together for good to those who love God according to his purpose." Romans 8:28 I've seen this demonstrated in my life time and time again. Put your trust out there, and he'll come through in even the toughest of situations. Cindy Jensen

Mickie,
I have heard so many good things about you through your various friends in Chestatee. I was perusing Sherry Morgan's Facebook and saw you as a friend and was inclined to open your page and saw your blog! I love your thought provoking question, "what is your life slogan?" I can see why so many people love you and are better for having known you. Okay, so here it is, my slogan, not an original but one I saw in a catalog and that I have hanging on my wall...

"God doesn't give you what you can handle,
He helps you handle what you are given."

Would love to meet you some day and in the least would love to read your Memoirs.
Thinking of you today and praying for peace and comfort for you and for all those who love you.

Hello Mickie,
I am only aware of you (if you are, in fact, who I think you are) through Ben. I have prayed off and on for you for years as I knew there were medical issues. Recently, I guess the Lord has brought you back to my mind to pray for you. I asked Ben the last time I saw him do a ROW presentation how you were doing. There seemed to be a disconnect that I couldn't put my finger on. Regardless, he said you were not doing so well - I hope your health has improved. I am praying for you this morning,
I don't know if I have a life slogan. I certainly have numerous scriptures that come to mind. One of my very favorites is from 1st John, chapter 5,verse 13, "These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life." Congrats on finishing the memoirs. God bless and much love in Christ from Stan in Huntsville, Alabama.
